By using àlex, you agree to the following terms.

Who can use àlex

àlex is intended for users 18 years and older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. àlex uses Sign in with Apple for authentication — we don't store passwords ourselves.

How Circle connections work

Adding someone to your Circle creates a private record visible only to you. To become mutually connected on àlex (which enables features like sharing availability or sending Drops), both people must go through an explicit invite-and-accept process. Neither person is connected to the other without both taking that action.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use àlex to harass, threaten, or harm another person
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
• Use àlex for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

Content you share

You retain ownership of any content (notes, links, moments) you add to àlex. By sharing a Drop or moment with a connected friend, you grant them the ability to view that content within the app.

Sanctuary Partners

Businesses featured in the Concierge Hub / Discovery experience are independent third parties. àlex does not guarantee availability, pricing, or the accuracy of listings, and any transaction with a Sanctuary Partner is between you and that business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as àlex evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email before they take effect.
